Chris Thompson Photography Wrote: One of the reasons I became a photographer was due to the people I got to hang out with last weekend. Both my parents had cameras when I was growing up so that helped give me the idea that it was important to capture the memories you experience as well as taking part in the experience itself. My Aunt and Uncle are always fun to hangout with and I always learn something from them when I visit them or they visit us. The last time I visited them, they were living in Leesburg Virginia and I was able to walk through Washington D.C. for a week. It was the best experience and Graduation gift, I could have asked for. I will write up a Blog on the trip soon, I’ve been very busy. Their new house is in Gig Harbor, and as you can tell its a nice place to live. I was able to go to my cousin Mathew’s house as well and watch “The Chef” You can watch the Trailer Here: http://youtu.be/wgFws3AoIUY It was a good time as all of us, Matt and his wife Karen all love candy and Sugar. 🙂 From there we visited Mathews lake cabin which is under rehab on the Sound. The color image on the water is titled, “Father and Son”, it is of my Uncle with his Grandson on his shoulders walking on the dock. After that we went to Lemays Car Museum in Tacoma, because as some of you may know, my dad loves cars, see my car photos under “portfolio” (Click that < link and go to the left). After that we meandered to the Japanese Market picked up some food and CANDY! and then ate at a Local Restaurant. I hope you enjoyed this blog and that you enjoy the images from the trip.
